양극 산화의 묘사
양극산화는 알루미늄 압출물이나 판재 표면에 산화알루미늄 보호막을 형성하는 전기화학 과정이다.산화알루미늄막은 알루미늄 자체에 의해 형성되기 때문에 알루미늄과 일체적이며 파열되거나 벗겨지지 않는다.양극 산화는 반투명으로 알루미늄이 깊은 금속 광택을 가지고 내구성이 뛰어나며 시간의 시련을 견딜 수 있다.

권재 양극 산화와 판재 양극 산화의 차이
코일 양극 산화: 공정이 엄격하게 통제되고 균일한 양극층을 형성하여 표면의 외관이 매우 일치하고 색깔이 우아하며 보이는 무지개색이 없다.
판재 대량 양극 산화: 각 부품에 전기 접촉을 해야 합니다. 이로 인해 랙 마커가 표시되거나 알루미늄 판의 각 쪽에 구멍을 뚫어 선반이나 클램프를 쉽게 설치할 수 있습니다. 재료 손실이 매우 높습니다.
편상 대량 양극 산화는 산화조 사이즈의 제한을 받아 생산 효율이 낮고 뚜렷한 색차가 발생할 수 있다.
